Danny Schofield

Playing for Town between 1998 and 2008, playing 248 games for the club and scoring 39 goals, Danny then left to join Yeovil Town. He ended his career with Bradford Park Avenue where he then went on to become a coach with BPA then with Barnsley and then moved to Yorkshire rivals Leeds in 2016.
Danny Schofield worked with Carlos Corberan in the U23's squad at Leeds. In which they won the PDL Northern League 2018/19 by winning the league and then became national Professional Development League by beating Birmingham City in the Final. Danny then joined Town on 3rd February 2020 as the U19's manager. On 30th July 2020, Danny was promoted to the newly formed Huddersfield Town B, this team replaced the old Elite Development Team. The model follows Brentford who formed their B team at the start of the 2017/18 season.
