Joining Town on a free transfer from play off winner's Aston Villa on a two year deal.
Tommy played 14 out of the first 16 games of the 19/20 season before a horror tackles from Preston's Ryan Ledson cut his season short. Since this Tommy has worked as a scout and was regularly seen scouting other teams that Town were preparing to play for the remainder of the 2019/20 season. Elphick also played a role in Town's final game of the season against Millwall as he was part of the 4 staff leading the team after the departure of Danny and Nicky Cowley.
