Loick had a trial in December 2018 after being scouted by Emyr Humphreys and Leigh Bromby while playing for Sarcelles AAS. His signing was confirmed in July 2019, signing a 2 year scholarship with the club.
Ayina signed a professional contract in August 2020, meaning his contract now runs to the end of 2022, although the club holds an option to an extra year. During the 19/20 season, the DRC born Frenchman played 25 times for the U17s before breaking into the U19 and EDT at the age of just 16, in which he made 7 appearances across both sides.
